Reinventing the 'Call-in-Show' with tech.

in 2016 Reply All, a national podcast under Gimlet Media, hired me to create a phone system allowing callers to reach both hosts at their cell phones on a recorded conference call, 24 hours a day, for 48 hours. The audio was used for a podcast that won 'Best Podcast of the Year' by Vulture Magazine. The show received 100k calls in 48 hours. I have worked with Reply All to continue to build the phone system to take calls from callers for multiple shows since the inception of the product.
